Build the core orchestration platform: voice, AI, multi-channel pipelines, the production reliability layer. You write code that ships the same day. Strong opinions on systems design, weak ego about how you get there. Python and Go preferred, anything on the JVM is fine.
Be the founder's leverage. Run pilots with first design partners, manage relationships with banks and agencies, ship whatever needs shipping — from a deck to a customer workshop. Pre-MBA, ex-consulting, or just impressively scrappy.
